Tattoos are by appointment only. Please review our Frequent Questions page for common questions. You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo in the State of Maine, and provide a STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID with date of birth at the time of  your appointment.

Please describe your tattoo idea in as much detail as possible. Be sure to include notes on placement, size, color, proper spelling of any text, etc.
Please indicate the desired size of your tattoo in inches. You may provide an estimate. For example, if you desire a tattoo measuring 9 inches, please enter '9.00'. If your desired size is 14 and a half inches, please enter '14.50'.

      All efforts to accommodate your artist preference will be made, but PLEASE NOTE that not all artists here do all type of tattoos. Some artists, especially our senior artists, specialize in certain types and sizes of tattoos. If the artist you select is not accepting the type of design you request, he or she will forward your request to another artist within the shop that is more suitable. It will be entirely up to you if you want to accept the quote from the alternate artist.
